With the help of private helicopters and cats, this is the dream itinerary. We include luxury hotels, fine wine and access to vast tracts of virgin backcountry terrain in three different regions - this itinerary showcases the best snow in South America.

Day 1

Arrive in Santiago and transfer to Inca Hotel, which is in Los Andes (north of the capital). This will be your base for the first three nights.

Days 2 - 3

Find your ski legs in Portillo. Full days' skiing in this legendary resort, which offers both  on and off piste possibilities.

Day 4

A full-day cat ski adventure at one-of-a-kind Ski Arpa, where you'll find unparalleled vertical snow conditions with views of Mt. Aconcagua on one side and the Pacific on the other.

Day 5

Head down to Santiago, where you spend the day relaxing and exploring the city.

Day 6

Spend the day skiing up at Valle Nevado, Chile’s most modern, full-service resort. At an altitude of 12,040 ft. and holding an average snowfall of 23 ft., Valle Nevado has some of the most consistently remarkable powder conditions in the region.

Day 7

A day at La Parva, with it's extensive off-piste areas and gorgeous wide groomers.

Day 8

Change speeds today and head south out of Santiago toward the Maipo Valley, home to several of the country’s most celebrated wineries. Stop for a tour and tasting at Haras de Pirque Winery and a hearty Chilean lunch at Fundación Origen in Pirque before reaching the highlight of the itinerary: the Puma Lodge.

Days 9 - 10

Puma Lodge, the latest addition to the Chilean heliski scene, is this trip’s icing on the cake. Dive into the so-called Powder Capital of the Andes, where snowfalls average 40 in. of champagne powder per storm, and shred virgin drifts in an otherwise inaccessible backcountry goldmine.

Day 11

Leave (reluctantly) Puma Lodge and either head back to the airport for your flights home or, alternatively, continue on to either Corralco or Nevados de Chillán for your next ski adventure.
