A lovely compact, budget boutique hotel with just 17 rooms across four floors, established in a fully restored Art-Deco house built in 1929, complete with almost all original floors and staircase. Public areas include a small living room with library (books in Spanish), small interior courtyard where breakfast is often taken, and a roof terrace with views down one of Santiago's main avenues. Rooms are stylish and compact. Economic doubles have a private bathroom outside the room and offer bathrobes. Superior doubles are en suite and some can add a third bed. Loft rooms offer a small mezzanine level for a child. All are equipped with hairdryers, flat screen TV and king size beds.
