How to Book

We don’t believe in off-the-shelf packages - we tailor-make holidays.

  • We build a tailored itinerary. Once you’ve received it, we can answer any further questions and refine it until you are completely happy.

Different Snow is a fully bonded tour operator, which means we automatically take responsibility for your whole holiday, offering you 100% financial security.

Niseko's range of accommodation sets it apart – and it has some particularly enticing high-end options. That said, there really is something to suit everyone, from cheap and cheerful lodges to characterful boutique hotels, snug townhouses and chalets, and plenty of apartments. Indeed, if you are used to a hotel, in Niseko you should also consider a studio or one bedroom apartment – it's just like having a suite, but with your own kitchen. So, where to?

Hirafu is where most choose to stay, for the convenience and a buzzy village atmosphere. Hirafu is split into various sub-villages, with the lively Middle village being the main après-ski area and Upper village closest to the skiing. If beating others to the slopes is high on the agenda, you might prefer to opt for the quieter alternative base area, all of which open up the possibility of an hour or two on fresh powder before everyone else arrives. All areas are linked by a reliable and convenient shuttle bus, which your lift pass provides free access to.

There are a few larger hotels and apartments with ski-in, ski-out access and there is a more substantial selection of accommodation within a five minute walk from the lifts – we'll be happy to talk you through the many options.
