1 Bedroom / 2 Bedrooms / 3 Bedrooms

These city-sleek apartments in the heart of Upper Hirafu offer the best of both worlds. At the end of the day, you can kick off your boots, lock up your skis, and retire to your own apartment, but there are added luxuries such as 24-hour front-desk service in an ever-so-plush lobby, with a supermarket, bakery, restaurants (one with a Michelin star) and café attached. Niseko's only international ATM is also within the building - convenience is king. The Shiki Apartments enjoy a premier location – they actually are the centre of Hirafu village, and just a few minutes’ walk to the ski lifts.

Contemporary Japanese design is the order of the day, and there are spellbinding views of Mount Yotei. Your own fully-fitted kitchen and cable TV allow greater choice in the evening or for non-ski 'down' days. All apartments are gorgeous, but its worth highlighting the three bedroom penthouse suites - views to die for and plenty of outside space from which to drink them in.

These one, two or three bedroom apartments are amongst our favourites in Niseko, winning over the competition when it comes to location, space, views, comfort and style.

Shiki is the very heart of Upper Hirafu village. The building, just set back from the main road, has an international ATM, Supermarket & Deli, Abu Cha Bakery, Iki Teppanyaki Restaurant and Michelin starred gourmet restaurant – Kamimura - all within. There really is no need to leave, but a to walk to other restaurants and bars is also no distance at all. The closest ski lift is a four minute walk away, over flat ground, though the apartments do have their own shuttle service.

Distances to:

Ski Lifts: 250 metres
Restaurants and Bars: 25 metres
Bus Stop: 20 metres

The Shiki Apartments are amongst the most sought after in Niseko. An indicative per night cost for a One Bedroom Apartment during low season would be from ¥24,000 (£140), rising to circa ¥200,000 (£1,160) per night for a Three Bedroom Penthouse, with views of Mount Yotei, during the peak periods.
