2 Bedrooms / 3 Bedrooms / 5 Bedrooms

The Suiboku lofts are the ultimate in luxury. These sumptuous designer pads combine ambiently lit styling with a decor that combines industrial aesthetic with Japanese accents. Think floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, Buddha busts, concrete walls, luscious rugs, tatami mats and relaxing Japanese bathtubs.

Each apartments has a sitting room with two day beds (one queen-sized, one single-size) which can be easily converted into additional sleeping space - many do. And you would really want to stay in the living area, with their countless detailed touches and panoramic views to Mount Yotei. There are fireplaces, large flat screen TV,  and each loft has a selection of books, magazines, CDs and games. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen is fitted with high quality appliances.

At ground level, in the same building, is A-Bu-Cha II - one of our favourite izakaya restaurants in Niseko.

These apartments are in the Upper Hirafu village, within the same building is one of Niseko’s best restaurants (A-Bu-Cha II), ideal for families, and across the road from many more shops, restaurants and bars. The centre of the Middle Village is just a short walk down the hill. Most imporatantly, the nearest ski lifts are only a three minute walk away behind the building, or instead turn left up the hill and the bottom of the ACE quad lift is also close by. We can’t say ski-in, ski-out because it’s not - perhaps…almost ski-in, ski-out?

Distances to:

Ski Lifts: 120 metres
Restaurants and Bars: 50 metres

The Suiboku lofts are amongst the very best accommodations Niseko has to offer. Perhaps, the best? An indicative cost for a Two Bedroom Apartment during the lowest season would be about ¥81,000 (£470) per night, rising to circa ¥154,400 (£895) per night for a Three Bedroom apartment during the peak periods.
