Then its back to Barcelona for two nights in the city before flying home. I don't know about you, but the dream holiday as far as we're concerned.

Day 1

Fly to Barcelona (using British Airways, or any one of the low cost carriers) and pick up a hire car. Drive to the Val d'Aran, which should take circa three to four hours - settle in to your accommodation.

Day 2

Skiing on the Baqueira / Beret mountain. We can include a ski guide or ski lessons if you prefer.

Day 3

Spend the day heliskiing in the Val d'Aran, with four runs included.

Day 4

The Helirando experience - one drop in the morning to take you to a remote valley and then, away from everyone else, spend the day ski touring with your guide.

Day 5

Spend a final morning / afternoon skiing on Baqueira / Beret and then drive back to Barcelona in the late afternoon. Drop off the hire care and check in to your central hotel.

Day 6

A full day in Barcelona, to enjoy the ambiance of this Catalan capital.

Day 7

Make your way out to the airport and fly back to the UK.

Obviously, cost depends on which accommodation you choose and which heli-ski package you choose to book. An indicative lead-in price for this one week holiday to Baqueira & Barcelona would be circa £1,420 per person, including accommodation in one of the four star hotels we feature in mid / low season (breakfast included) in both Baqueira & Barcelona, car hire from Barca airport, lift passes for the first day and then the Classic heli-ski package for one day and the Heliraldo Experience on third ski day. Economy class flights from the U.K are also included.

You can upgrade by opting for more drops in the helicopter, by choosing more luxurious accommodation in both the ski resort and in the city and also by reserving an upgraded vehicle.

We don't have to include international flights. However, by keeping it all within one package, your arrangements are protected by ATOL.
